Your quest will take you to Moonrise Towers, which you can reach overland via the Mountain Pass/Shadow. The Silver Hilt is one of two components necessary to reforge the Silver Sword. Head to the mountain pass and approach the spinning wheel shown in the above picture. The ship is attacked by Githyanki dragon riders, and it's forced to flee.
